Puppy Parties!

We have recently been sucessfully running Puppy Parties at our new Birtley branch.
You might be thinking "what on earth is a puppy party?" well contrary to belief it does not involve cake and balloons!

The puppy parties are a FREE 4week course for puppies aged between 8weeks and 16weeks old. Anyone can bring their puppy as long as the puppy has had it's first vaccination, is fit and healthy and is within the age group.

You bring your puppy to the surgery for 4 consecutive weeks for and hour a week. Each week a qualified nurse gives advice and new topic is covered week to week.Topics such as: appropriate leads and collars, diet and exercise.

 It is a great way for your puppy to interact with other puppies of different breeds and sizes and chance to get good advice and to meet people who are starting out with a new puppy like yourselves. And at the end of the 4weeks you will recieve a "puppy socialising certificate".

The parties are held at the Birtley surgery Wednesday evening 6.15pm - 7.15pm.
